Our Thoughts

The Photo Sport II is designed for active travelers who need more specialized and safe compartments for their camera gear. The bag has a tall rectangular shape to accommodate a specific section for camera equipment.

If your one bagging adventure includes climbing tall peaks or hiking through rough terrain for the perfect Instagram picture than this bag is for you.

The Lowepro Photo Sport has complete separate compartments for your clothes and gear. The bottom portion has individual compartments that open on the side for quicker "off the shoulder" access.

The carry on also features very durable, comfortable, and well-designed straps that keep the bag secure when you are alligator wrestling, running from koalas, or when you are simply on a pleasant stroll up the side of a volcano.

This carry on is a bit tall for its size and may only be compatible with airlines that have a more flexible linear restriction (does not exceed x measurement) rather than cubic based system (has to fix within lwh sizes).

๐Ÿ‘ Reasons to Buy

  • Features a dedicated hydration pocket that can fit up to 2L
  • The harness system is great and the back pad offers good airflow.
  • Features a dedicated camera pocket that can store your camera.
  • Weather-resistant plus an added attached all-weather cover for peace of mind.

๐Ÿค” Things to Consider

  • There is no solid divider between the camera pocket and the main compartment so you risk your camera being under your things in the main compartment.
  • There is no dedicated tech pocket or sleeve for your laptop.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Reviewers Have Said

  • "A well constructed camera bag. Camera space is slightly smaller than expected but sufficient for a mirrorless body. Other areas of the bag are well laid out to take extras or just your lunch and a drink. A great dual use bag with normal high quality construction"
  • "Honestly, I can't even think of an improvement to make..."
  • "All-in-all, this is a wonderful backpack that fits many uses. Buy this--and you'll find yourself taking your camera gear out more often, rather than having it sit at home."
