I often take this shopping and it'll comfortably fit most of my weekly shop in there, with only a need for one bag for life for the larger items. Regarding the other pockets, it fits my water bottle and thermos snuggly in each side pocket. The top pocket is great for miscellaneous wires and my portable charger. The front sleeve pocket I only really use to keep a bag for life in; however, I'm sure I'll find more use for it."
