Our Thoughts

The 5.11 Rush 12 is a military-style carry-on with tons of compartments, lash points, molle platform, and hydration.

This multi-purpose bag will easily let you survive the rainforest (if we don't burn it down), aggressive tuk-tuk drivers, and aggressive airport security checkpoints.

Compartments and Organization

Military-style bags come with lots of compartments and pockets that suit international travelers who bring a little bit of everything. Conventional single-compartment backpacks aren't designed to be lived out of like the Tactical Rush carry-on.

People go to school with conventional single-compartments bags. This bag was designed for travel, and camping, hiking, hunting, and other use cases other bags aren't built to handle.

πŸ‘ Reasons to Buy

  • Very well built and extremely durable. This might stick for you for a lifetime....or even more.
  • Highly customizable and flexible because of the attachments you can put on the molle of this bag.
  • The front compartment is truly spacious. It can fit a 500ml water bottle along with other things.

πŸ€” Things to Consider

  • It is not padded so it provides little to no protection for delicate things such as laptops and tablets.
  • The sunglasses holder is quite small and tight. You might need to think twice about placing your expensive sunglasses as they might get crushed.

πŸ’¬ Reviewers Have Said

  • "Love this bag it holds up to everything ive thrown at it, very durable. You can feel the quality right when you pick it up, and i love all the new updates they did with the rush series, the bags i own are the rush 24, rush 12 and the rush moab 10 and I absolutely recommend any of the rush Series top notch quality"
  • "This backpack was everything I expected it to be. Tons of individualized storage spaces...If you’re thinking about purchasing, you won’t be disappointed."
