Our verdict

Reasons to buy

  • The origami dividers are truly effective in keeping your things organized during travels.
  • Can pack a lot of things with its 45L capacity (it is also expandable to 65L should you need more space)
  • Can be carried as a duffle bag or as a backpack depending on your preference and/or situation.
  • Weatherproof construction and really sturdy.

Things to consider

  • Can be bulky for people with small frames.
  • Without the foldable dividers, you might have trouble keeping things organized inside the main compartment.

What reviewers said

  • "This duffel/backpack hybrid is SSOO well made. The materials, stitching, zippers, handles, loops, and metal hooks are all high HIGH quality. The thing that I like the most is that there are no plastic buckles. All of the places that a buckle would go, hip and chest strap, use a metal hook and loop system. No carrying extra parts and wondering if something will break. I also like the use of magnates to hide the hip support strap. Very clever. The bag itself holds a lot of stuff and is perfect for camping, traveling, or trowing your ropes and gear into a bag."
  • "This bag does exactly what it's supposed to, and it looks good doing it! Really easy to access the interior, solid zippers and material, and most importantly it's easy to wear around all day, fully loaded. Sits comfortably on shoulders and back (I'm 6' 200lbs, broad torso) without throwing off my center of gravity."
  • "This bag is great! I use it for clothing and such while traveling. It fits in the overhead bins on the airplane and provides ample space inside for clothing, shoes, etc. When you get off the plane, you just wear it like a back pack and away you go. It's great, to have both hands free while going through the airport. The zippers are good and strong, the fabric is durable and water resistant."

PEAK DESIGN 65L TRAVEL DUFFELPACK REVIEW

I fell in love with its unique design, looks and functionality, and am pleased that it can effectively replace two of my most commonly used travel bags....It’s understated enough to pass through foreign streets unnoticed, while still remaining stylish and functional.
Peak Design 65L Duffelpack Review: A Versatile Hybrid Bag That Does Exactly What It’s Designed For
www.reviewgeek.com
Personally, I’ve loved the Duffelpack and I’ll be getting a lot more use out of it in the future. It’s a great size for hauling all (or most) of my gear for adventurous trips away but still easy to carry. It’s definitely not an every day bag, but it’s not meant to be. For that, there’s the 35 liter duffel.
Peak Design Travel Duffelpack 65L – Robust and Wonderful Gear Bag

The Peak Design Travel Duffelpack 65L is well thought out for use in harsh conditions. It looks very good as well. It does not look like your “normal” duffle bag. Whether you are a content creator or weekend warrior, this adjustable duffle bag/backpack has you covered.
Peak Design Travel Duffelpack 65L: A Monster Gear Hauler
duuude.co
The 65L Travel Dufflepack is perfect for those who have a lot to carry and who plan on going on a week long trip or so. It’s not recommended for light carry, every day carry (to the gym for example) or for small weekend trips. This pack is for the next level adventure or photographer who is heading out for a good haul.
