  • The straps aren't padded and aren't the most comfortable straps to use on the bag. The materials can end up chaffing your shoulders.

It's such a small bag, but it carries so so much stuff, enough that I've begun to call it my carpet bag like the one in Mary Poppins. I've taken this backpack on vacation, and if you're at all worried about someone unzipping the bag you can put it on with the zippers against your back and it feels about the same (I tossed it on backward on accident). I've loaded it up with college work, it worked great, and I've tossed dog gear in the bag and been very pleasantly surprised by how the fur doesn't stick to the bag. Overall I love this backpack, and I don't usually like backpacks at all!"

The bag itself looks simple and understated, great for traveling where you don't want to attract too much attention for the risk of being targets of a crime. It doesn't look awfully fashionable but not unfashionable either.

The best uses I’ve found for this bag are short-term activities where packing a couple of jackets and some water is the extent of my carry needs...It’s just a simple and honest bag with tried and true elements. And if that style speaks to you, this is definitely a bag I’d recommend.

If you are someone who rarely uses a backpack, but wants to have one around for those odd occasions you want to use one. Or if you are someone like me who likes to travel with just one travel bag, but wants a backpack when you get to your destination — the Daylight Backpack is a great option. I’ve not seen anything else quite like it out there.
