The zipper finally broke about 2 years ago, I still used it, then a hole developed last year and I thought to send it in. My wife laughed at me, thinking it wasn't worth it... But it was! Jansport has the best customer service, they sent me an email after they received and logged in to my pack. Then I called them today and the rep ordered my brand new Right Pack which is comparable to my old pack. All in all, the process will take about 3 weeks during the summer. Extremely happy. - "I was blown away with the color when I opened the box. The straps are comfortable. The bag is definitely big enough to hold everything. The color is just so perfect for me not too dark but not too light where I have to worry about setting it down on the floor or ground and looking dirty. The leather bottom is terrific even though it isn't waterproof. I live in Florida and it's hurricane season but I still love the unique design it gives the bag. Not too many pockets so I never lose anything in my bag which is great for me I've done the over-the-top big bags with a ton of pockets and I could never find anything.... a great bag for college."

The JanSport Right Pack is a backpack that can handle all of your needs with rugged and timeless styling to match it's functionality. Yes, there are more luxurious, durable, and/or cleverly designed backpacks out there, but I don't think there's a better combination of those attributes for only $45. If you're looking for a basic pack that's durable, stylish, timeless, and affordable without all the frills, make the same choice I did.
